Attend the Meeting

We hope you will join us in person for the Lupus PFDD Meeting.  This is your chance to share your lupus experience and what matters most to you when it comes to lupus drugs. Representatives from the FDA will attend the meeting and your input will help them as they make decisions about future drugs. Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to provide input on patient panels and during an open comment period.

Many of the meeting people attending the Lupus PFDD Meeting will be staying at the College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Although the room block reserved for this event is now closed, hotel rooms may still be available.  Click HERE to be redirected to the hotel’s reservation page.

Getting There

The College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center is located just outside of Washington, D.C. in Hyattsville, MD.  The meeting site is closest to Reagan National Airport (DCA), although it is also accessible from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The New Carrollton and Union Station Amtrak stations are also nearby.  For those driving to the meeting, free parking is available at the hotel.


We will be selecting people to speak on panels and be active audience participants during the event based on responses to the survey. Individuals who are selected as panelists or audience participants will have their trip costs covered including travel to/from Hyattsville, hotel rooms, meals, and local travel. Complete the survey by July 1, 2017 to be considered for a role as a panelist or audience participant. You will be notified in early August if you have been selected to speak on a panel.
